Return Policy

As a X8 fan we know you have tons of comments, suggestions and inquiries. So if you need to get a hold of us, there are two ways, email and postal mail.

Order Inquiries

For all inquiries immediately pertaining to the order you have placed, please contact us using our web form here. All non-order related inquiries please direct to info@x8gum.com.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Any order placed after 12 p.m. (MST) on Fridays will not be processed for shipment until the following business day.

If the following business day falls on a holiday, your order will be processed on the following day.

Refund/return Policy:

Online purchases must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt and must have at least 75 percent of the box unused, and contain original packaging. SWAG must be returned unused in its original packaging.  You must call our customer service at 877-363-9863 to obtain a RMA# so your account can be credited for the purchase price less any shipping and handling fees.

There are no refunds after 30 days.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to the address above within 60 days and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

If you wish to return your item please send back to the address above. Include a note stating what your reason for return is and RMA#. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Shipping

Tracking information will be automatically sent to your provided email address once your order has shipped. All orders ship ground unless a expedited method is selected and orders normally arrive within 1-10 business days.

Scams

X8 wants all customers and fans to be aware and knowledgeable of possible scams involving offers relating to car wraps, wire transfers, foreign funds etc. Please visit the FBI’s website for escams if you feel you may have been solicited or defrauded.
